Hand Painted Gift Wrap

I love unique gift wrap! I think it shows you care right off the bat. The present is important but you just can't beat a first impression. This year, for all my holiday presents, I took some plain kraft paper, or totes, and painted them with acrylic paint.

I used those inexpensive little squeeze bottles that you can get from most craft stores, along with a few Martha Stewart brand colors (love her neons and metallics!). I gathered a mix of colors that I thought coordinated and made a bunch of quick strokes of each color with my brush. I let it dry, then wrapped the gifts up. It was ridiculously easy and I loved the results!
